No need to bring your e-ticket. We will have you on the registration list, but you're welcome to bring an electronic copy.

The venue is on the 10th floor in Allendale Square and is easily accessible by lift. In case of emergency, we have trained staff to support individuals with accessibility needs. Please feel free to ask for an introduction at the start of the day. We also offer a prayer room and a quiet, private room with a fridge for those who need to pump breast milk. Additionally, we provide non-gendered accessible toilets. If you have any further accessibility needs or questions, please let us know how we can assist.

Yes, we've got you covered with coffee, tea, and water available during morning and afternoon tea. A light lunch will be provided, along with canapés after the event.

Since everyone has different temperature preferences, feel free to bring a scarf or light jacket. The rooms are temperature-controlled. You're also welcome to bring your preferred note-taking tools.

There are several nearby parking options and convenient public transport to the venue. We'll send out a parking map a few days before the event

We accept speaker applications year-round. If our program is already full, it might take us a little longer to get back to you. All speakers are interviewed about the proposed topic to see how it maps to the theme and fit with the overall program.

Sharing your pronouns is entirely optional. We include them on name tags for those who choose to indicate their pronouns. The same applies to prefixes—while we typically reserve these for honorary titles, you're welcome to specify how you'd like to be addressed.

Please let us know your dietary requirements when booking. We will inform the caterers and ensure that all food is clearly labelled. Food will be served at separate stations so you can choose the options that best suit your needs.

Yes, your carer's admission is included. Please provide their name when booking. If you will be bringing a guide dog, let us know so we can arrange a watering station.
